Dear friends,
Your health is our priority.
Due to the latest alerts for covid-19, we are taking all the appropriate
measures to protect our visitors and staff. At present, the staff is being
trained in the new operating rules. We are equipped with all the means to
disinfect the rooms after the checkout of our guests. We closely monitor
all the new rules of the Foreign Ministry and the local authorities.

• Due to the latest alerts, we are taking the following steps to protect our
  visitors and staff:
  A special coordinator has been appointed to ensure that all health and
  safety measures set by government mandates are implemented.
  We provide each staff member with adequate personal protection
  measures.
  There is special equipment (medical kit) in case of an event.
  Disinfection of the keys.
  Room cleaning with steam cleaner
  Cooperation with a Health Center in case of a COVID-19 case
  We keep a record of the details of the guests who will be staying at the
  hotel (name, nationality, date of arrival, day of departure, phone number,
  e-mail, address).
  Installation of antiseptics in public areas.

Information for our guests:

New departure time at 11:00 and check-in at 15:00

Before your arrival, you will receive a form with your details (name,
passport number, telephone number, country, nationality). Upon your
arrival you will only need to get the room key.
A safe distance (between 1m and 2m) must be maintained between
guests and hotel staff and between all the guests.
Wash both hands regularly with soap and water.
If you feel unwell during your stay: contact the room manager from your
room to get advice on what to do next.
